SHIPping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the date payment is received, excluding Holidays & Weekends. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Packages are delivered Monday - Saturday, with the exclusion of most Holidays. Delivery times are not guaranteed, & Delightful Dips + More cannot be responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated transit time. The vast majority of packages shipped via USPS arrive within the estimated time frame, but delays are possible. Although we do not offer overnight or rushed shipping, if you need your order by a certain date or time, please contact us through our Contact page & we will see what we can do! Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class mail. 

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday - Friday. For most orders, the processing time is 1-2 business days, however, processing times may vary depending on product availability & seasonal peaks. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight/size of your order & the delivery destination. Rates are calculated at checkout. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you must enter the appropriate promotional code during checkout. The code can be found on the qualifying product's information page. 


Additional Shipping Info

Delightful Dips + More ships nationwide to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally. We do ship to P.O. boxes & Business addresses. 


Order Pickup

Delightful Dips + More operates out of Hickory, North Carolina. If you are local to us or in the area, we offer Free Order Pickup. To use this service, select 'Order Pickup' during checkout & follow the instructions. If you select Order Pickup at checkout & do not arrange your Pickup, funds for the abandoned products will be returned to the original form of payment, unless you opt to pay with cash or check. You will be notified of the order cancellation. 

Refunds & Returns

At Delightful Dips + More we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure every order is correct & sent out in a timely manner. 

According to law, Food & Beverage products cannot be returned to be re-sold, therefore we do not offer returns/exchanges on any of our products. 

If there is an issue or if you are not satisfied with your purchased, please contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase & we will work to resolve your issue. 

If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, Delightful Dips + More will replace the defective/damaged product(s) & pay shipping on the replacement(s). You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We do ask you provide photo's of the product(s) if possible. USPS provides insurance at no additional charge up to $50 on most shipments & some damaged shipments may be covered under this policy. You must contact USPS for more information. 

Should you notice any discrepancy with your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it to Delightful Dips + More.

If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded as long as we are notified of the error before the order has shipped.
